I would like to welcome you to DT375! Let me start at the beginning and give you some background so that this is not just another shameless e-commerce website...

Who am I?

My name is Andy McBride. I have been in the business of supporting Pocket PC and Thin Clients for years. I am involved in the creation and implementation of Thin Client solutions for a number of industries but primarily Education and Health care. I have written a number of white papers and training courses for the use of these devices. I have also designed and implemented a number of Thin Client solutions for various industries. After being involved in the industry for a number of years and repairing friends and acquaintances systems I decided to set this website up. I find the availability of the 375 information to be hugely lacking. As I enjoy the support role, I have decided to take the plunge and offer my experience to help others that may be frustrated with finding help. I am in no way associated with the original manufacturer of the device other than I have gotten parts from them.

Why the DT375?

I have owned PDA and Thin Clients since they first started showing up in the market and I became addicted to these marvelous handheld wonders. I started out with a prerelease Compaq iPAQ 3100 and have not slowed down. I have always thought that the Thin Client is the way to go for the everyday information user. Even today with faster and smaller laptops, tablet and UMPCs, I still think the Thin Client is a better choice.

DT375 Repair Services

I offer a comprehensive repair service for the DT375. This can range from a simple reloading of the base ROM build to a complete screen replacement. Where possible I try and acquire new parts for these repairs. However, in some cases this may not be possible. If I have to use a refurbished part, you will be told before the part is used.

Quality of Service

Every transaction is dealt with on a personal level by me; I am not a big company where you are just an order number. From the time you place your order until the moment that I ship your order I will keep you informed of your order status.

All parts used are of the highest quality, no matter what the problem or fault with your DT375 we will have the parts available and the skills in-house to fix your unit to the highest of standards.

If you are unsure of the repair required, just send the problem unit in for a checkup. I do not charge a fee for a diagnostic checkup. After the checkup, if you choose to have no repair work performed, you will only pay for the return shipping.
